Just a Note About Current Events
We are now beginning a new phase of construction of wooden dummies at the Muk Jong Kong Co.
- Items marked in green in the menu on the left are currently in stock.
- Items marked in blue are scheduled for construction.
- Custom orders are filled on per order basis once an agreement on cost is reached, with an estimated time of completion. Shipping time is based on where you are located in relation to The Muk Jong Kong Co. (close to Atlanta, Georgia)
- Unless otherwise indicated, all items in stock ship upon confirmation of payment.
- I prefer doing all of my correspondence by email so as not to tie up my time during the day on the phone. That has been a big problem in the past. I check my email every night and will endeavor to reply to someone's question by the next day. If I am out of town or otherwise unavailable for the day, I will post a notice on the website and answer questions when I return. Additionally, if you want to correspond with me, you must provide me with a workable email address. I will not respond if I receive a partial or unworkable email addresses. Finally, please do not ask me for my private phone number or ask me to call you. If you have a question or need to contact me, do so by email. Thanks.
Payments
I want to keep this simple. No gateways or complicated monetary transfers. I accept Paypal (credit cards), cashiers checks, personal checks, and money orders.
I do not accept credit cards except through Paypal.com. Paypal accounts are free. All you have to do, to send money to anyone by email, is open an account. They also have a very good arbitration system to resolve disputes if necessary. Since I am operating on a very small scale, this is a very cost effective method for me, and a low risk for you. It is a small thing to ask for a company with such a great reputation.
For items in stock, payments are expected up front.
For dummy construction, payment is due once the order is complete. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required up front on all complete signature dummies (those which have my personal signature on them). This covers administrative and restocking costs on cancelled orders.
