Waranty/Ship. Info.

Shipping and Delivery: Our shipping is primarily done by UPS and by USPS in the continental U. S. and Canada. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands are done by UPS or USPS Air Freight. Some custom orders may require a different carrier because of size and/or weight. Unless specified otherwise, all continental U. S. and Canada shipments are sent via UPS GroundTrac or USPS Priority Mail shipments.

International Shipments: At the moment we are shipping exclusively by UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service). The Great Lion Company will only deal with the actual equipment and shipping costs of the order. Customers are expected to take care of all other fees involved with the shipment of their equipment. These may include some of the following: transportation from the duty station to the customer, customs charges, value added tax, brokerage fees, etc. These extra fees, if any, vary from country to country and change often. Customers can find out what costs are involved by contacting their own government customs office or local/international freight carrier.

Once the shipment is picked up by the carrier, the customer is emailed a tracking number(s). Once the order is received at the airport, ocean port or other duty station, the customer is notified and can make arrangements for duty payment and pick-up of their equipment. Privacy & Security Every effort is made to provide privacy and security for each order. All credit card information is encrypted and no name, address or email information is shared or sold to anyone else.

Product Warranties: The Great Lion Co., LLC, offers a 90-day limited warranty on all its new products and a 30-day limited warranty of all used equipment or "seconds." We will replace or repair or give a full or partial refund(excluding shipping and handling costs) for any defective product or product parts where the defect was caused by our workmanship. We reserved the right to determine who is responsible for the defective or damaged equipment.   

Returns, Warranty Work & Replacements:

FOR NEW EQUIPMENT SHIPPED TO CUSTOMER BY STANDARD CARRIER --- All returns must be made in the original containers and must be undamaged and in good condition. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE  FOR ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES INVOLVED IN THE FOWARDING OR RETURN SHIPMENT OF ANY EQUIPMENT PURCHASED FROM THE GREAT LION CO., LLC, FOR ANY REASON. There will be a 10% restocking fee charged for any returned undamaged merchandise.

FOR NEW EQUIPMENT PICKED UP BY CUSTOMER AT THE SHOP ---  AFTER PICK UP, THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE  FOR ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES INVOLVED IN THE FORWARDING OR RETURN SHIPMENT OF ANY EQUIPMENT PURCHASED FROM THE GREAT LION CO., LLC, FOR ANY REASON. There will be a 15% restocking fee charged for any returned undamaged merchandise.

FOR NEW EQUIPMENT PURCHASED BY CUSTOMER WITH PAYPAL INVOICE --- THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE  FOR ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES INVOLVED IN THE FOWARDING OR RETURN SHIPMENT OF ANY EQUIPMENT PURCHASED FROM THE GREAT LION CO., LLC, FOR ANY REASON. There will be a 15% restocking fee charged for any returned undamaged merchandise.

FOR USED EQUIPMENT OR SECONDS --- THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON USED EQUIPMENT OR "SECONDS." Used equipment or seconds are sold "as is."

Refunds: All full or partial refunds will be sent by Paypal to the original purchaser within thirty (30) days of purchase date.

Ordering: Once an order is placed with The Great Lion Company, the customer receives an automated return email confirming his order for his records. All orders are done on a “first come, first serve” basis and no preference is given to anyone regardless of notoriety or  fame.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions: Payments can be made by credit cards, PayPal, money orders, echecks, certified or personal checks. Pricing is subject to change without notice. The Great Lion Company may sponsor promotions from time to time offering special discounts on certain merchandise.

Orders: Customers may log into their accounts to view the current status of their order at anytime or email me directly at greatlionco@gmail.com. Keep in mind that the workplace is very fluid and the time it takers to coplete an order depends on the number of orders, the type of order, and availability of raw materials. For these reasons, it is hard to estimate a shipping date for a particular order until a few days before completion of that order.

Updating Account Information: It is highly recommended that customers keep their accounts updated to receive the latest pertinent information on equipment and special promotions. Additionally, it is important to let us know of any change in phone number, shipping address or email address so that we may better serve our customers
